All inclusive package was great. Staff service was excellent, super friendly and pleasantly helpful. Meals were very good and drinks were plentiful. Pool and Beach facilities were neat and clean, well maintained. Daily room cleaning was excellent. Bed was comfortable. Apartment was spacious. Lovely view of the pool and beach.
Our upgrade to a 1 bedroom apartment didn't have an open balcony with a sliding door. Very little to No natural light throughout the apartment. No windows at all in the kitchen, lounge and Bedroom. Shower space was cramped. Wifi was low in certain parts of the apartment. Windows were very dirty and obscured the view.

Heavely under staffed
The staff did thier best to help, they went out of their way to accomodate any request
This is a hotel apartment not a hotel, so the rooms are basically small apartments, you don't have the hotel vibes, you feel you are in an old flat. mostly no balcony and the room and bathrooms looks old. the hotel is heavely understaffed, if you are on the beach, there is nobody to take your order, you have to walk under the sun for 10 minutes to reach the bar to order something. The most annoying thing is the breakfast resturant, you can see couple of employees trying to serve hundreds of people, they are trying their best, but it is not working, you need to stay in a log queue to get a table, and also stay for long time waiting for somebody to refill the food or drinks
